Misters Mayor and City Manager, I have received the Bicycle Friendly Award Certificate (scan attached) from the League of American Bicyclists. Would you like to display it somewhere? If so, please let me know to whom to give it. FYI, we have also received road signs and a seal (images attached). We are developing recommendations for their use.
