General Meeting: April Agenda

Hello all, Please find the attached agenda for our April board meeting next Thursday (April 7th). You will notice 3 read aheads which are not attached to this email -- one of them is the website www.bikemorgantown.com, so peruse that at your convenience. John Whitmore will send you the parking ordinance proposal early next week. The project assignment matrix was sent to you by Christina 10 days ago on March 22nd. The open action items list will be sent out prior to next meeting and will be attached to the printout of the agenda distributed at the meeting. If you have opinions on or would like to contribute to the following projects but will not be present at the meeting, please send an email indicating so and I'll get you plugged into the right working group: bike month, website updating, SLM/BMUFL outreach plan.
