April Meeting: Tomorrow @ 6:30pm! Bike Month Intensive Planning Sesh

Howdy board, Please see March minutes, April agenda, and some read-aheads attached for tomorrow's meeting. Many thanks to the events committee for their work already towards bike month and the big bike rodeo we're planning on May 19th (giving away 125 helmets!) -- let's help them make this year's events the best yet. I'm attaching a plan of work that one of our old members (Brian Ricketts) developed for the 2016 Bike Month events. Congress Rejects Big Budget Cuts | Safe Routes to School National Partnership

https://www.saferoutespartnership.org/blog/congress-rejects-big-budget-cuts Looks like TAP$ and TIGER$ will be available this year. Does anybody know whether the City Council, City Manager, City Engineer, Traffic Commission, MPO or WVDOH are planning to go for any of this for bicycling?
