Good morning,
This is the (immediate!) response I received from WVU after submitting my comments. I sent them under my personal email address. Sounds hopeful.

Thank you for the detailed recommendations that you forwarded. I will share
them with the committee to consider as we develop our final recommendations.
Many of your recommendations go to measurement and implementation issues.
This committee is continuing as a group next year to address matters like
this. Your comments will be of great help to us then, too.

Sirs and Madams,
I am submitting the following comments on the draft WVU transportation and
parking plan. Although I serve several sustainable transportation
organizations in Morgantown I am submitting these comments on my own behalf
and they don't reflect the opinions of those organizations. Rather they
represent my personal concerns as a car-free citizen who travels through the
university area frequently. In addition my son, a Sophmore WVU Engineering
student, is also a transportation cyclist and shares my wish that the
community and WVU infrastructure support his choice of affordable,
sustainable and non-polluting mobility.
Thank you,
Nickolas Hein
