I’m still a contributing member right?  Anyhow, I made some minor grammar changes and a couple wording changes, feel free to ignore any or all since I ditched you all.

Subject: [Bikeboard] DRAFT Community Profile for LAB website

Hi all,

Here's a draft community profile for the LAB's website. Also, here's a link to Pittsburgh's profile as an example. Most profiles I viewed had 200-300 ish words, so I tried to stay with that. The stats under the profile paragraph are also listed on each city's page, so I took Morgantown's numbers directly from the LAB application.

http://www.bikeleague.org/programs/bicyclefriendlyamerica/communities/bfc_pittsburgh.php

A few things to consider:

1) Can someone tell me how many people we've graduated through the cycling course?

2) Things I don't mention, but you can give feedback if you think they're critical to add-- bike racks on front of buses, complete streets policy

3) Some community profiles have an extra little section entitled "Most significant bicycle-related statistic" while others had one that read "Recent Accomplishments." Anyone have anything they want to draw particular attention to as a separate paragraph?

4) Anything else? Let me know.

Draft press release coming soon.

Thanks!

Traci
