Bicycle Board Members,
At Thursday's BB meeting, I said I'd write a letter to WVDOH through Bill Austin on the WVDOH proposed TWLTL on Mon Blvd. between Boyers Av. and Patteson Dr. Attached is that letter. So that I will have your input in time to do something with it before next Thursday's MPO CAC meeting, by Wednesday, please tell me what you think of the letter or use Track Changes and Comments to change it and return it to me.
