Hi Lisa,
I have nothing to contribute with regard to commercial bicycle business. As you know, I am in favor of providing bicycle parking throughout the City including secure indoor parking in residential developments. I've attached the APBP bicycle parking guidelines if they can provide any help.
I shared your message with the Bicycle Board. Jonathan Rosenbaum, Director of Positive Spin would like to discuss this opportunity. Derek Springston opined that the WVU Outdoor Recreation Center might be interested in a downtown satellite that would focus on bicycle rental. Jonathan's and Derek's e-mail addresses are included in the cc list of this message.
I hope this helps.

Good morning. I am helping with a proposed development downtown in which they will have more bicycle storage than they have people. They have space that could accommodate a small bicycle repair business, bike share, rental of bicycle storage business, ...
I have the proposed plans and would like to get some feedback from either of you or the Bike Board President.
If either of you would be interested in talking with me, please let me know.
Appreciate your help.
Lisa
