Transportation Advisory Group,
Please find attached the agenda and accompanying information for the September 26th meeting to be held at the Airport Managers Conference Room on the lower level of the Airport Managers Building at 6 PM.
In preparation and to maximize the value of our meeting time, we recommend that you:
Review the attached PDF maps for two potential transportation scenarios that we will discuss at the meeting. We have also attached a comparison of the proposed projects in each scenario prepared by MPO staff.
Review the attached survey related to the scenarios. Please jot down your thoughts if you have time to “jump start” the conversation at the meeting.
Review the attached non-mapped ideas and strategies and come prepared to provide us your feedback.
We have hard copies of this information at the MPO’s office available if you need them.
If you know of an area that needs transportation improvements now is the time to be heard.
Thank you for your interest. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or if we may be of assistance.
Respectfully,
Bill Austin, AICP Executive Director Morgantown Monongalia MPO 82 Hart Field Road Ste. 105 Morgantown, WVA 26505 304-291-9571 304-692-7225 Mobile "Change is the law of life and those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future."-John F.
