Good morning, These links to the Fort Collins transportation plan and bike/ped plan came across the Thunderhead list that Positive Spin belongs to. Thought they might be of interest here.

Better than ordinances don't forget your community's master streets or transportation plan. This becomes the guidance system for all new street improvements and remedial action so it is not so easy for future politicians to change direction on you by abolishing an ordinance. The Fort Collins Streets standards policy is here. http://fcgov.com/engineering/street-standards.php
It is a part of our Master Transportation Plan (2004) which includes our bike and ped plans. http://fcgov.com/transportationplanning/tmp.php
