Good morning, The current issue of the League's magazine is the Bike Friendly Cities/Businesses/States issue. I'll see if I can bring back hardcopies from Charleston this weekend. I happened to notice that every single state I've ever lived in before WV was in the top 7 in the nation. It also happens that I've spent the most years in the 2 highest ranked states (WI, WA). Maybe that explains my strange behavior.
