Nick,
Thank you all for attending tonight's City Council Committee of the Whole meeting. I felt quite confident getting up to present the Bicycle Plan knowing that we BB members outnumbered the CC members! I was only hoping to get acceptance of the Plan from Council but was delighted when Ron Bane speaking from the Chairman's seat said, "We have to support this!"
