ITE Recommended Practices on Accommodating Pedestrians and Bicyclists at Interchanges:

This would be great webinar to attend. I can't help but to think about the University Town Center and how we have been told by WVDOH that they can't do anything for bicyclists and pedestrians at this location because it is an Interchange. Meanwhile, 1000's of WVU students now live there.
