Bicycle Board Members,
Anyone planning to participate in next Monday's Law klatch at the Moose I highly recommend you read the article "Equality for Cyclists" in this month's LAB /American Bicyclist/ magazine. It provides a list of discriminatory bicycle laws and how they negatively effect the Bicycle Friendly Community 5 E's: Engineering, Enforcement, Education, Encouragement and Evaluation.
I'll bring some copies of the article if you haven't received your /American Bicyclist/ yet.
