Good afternoon.  The next Crossroads Public Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at 6:00 PM at West Virginia University's Mountaineer Station at 1112 Van Voorhis Road.  I have attached the announcement flyer that includes answers to frequently asked questions about the Crossroads project.

This public meeting is titled "Community Choices" and will involve an assembly and small group work.  The assembly will focus on the public input received so far and present a draft vision for the region.  Participants will be asked to indicate their level of support for various aspects of the vision and specific policy choices that will affect the region.  In the small groups, participants will focus on critical questions related specifically to either Morgantown or the Town of Star City.  These small group discussions will help inform the comprehensive planning work for both communities.

Successful participation hinges on getting the word out.  Please take a moment to forward this email to your friends, family, neighbors, and associates.  More often than not, folks attend public workshops when asked or informed by folks they know.
