Bicycle Board Members,
The draft of bicycle MUB mail insert has been attached for your review. It was developed from a sample that Frank showed us two months ago. Frank and I have worked on it.
There is a summary of the status of this project:
· Councilman Kawecki helped us to reach out to Tim Ball, the general manager of MUB. Tim agreed.
· Councilman Kawecki also helped us to contact the Morgantown Printing & Binding to get a quote for this project.
-- The estimated cost is approximately $2,000, including $1, 420 of printing cost and $500 of insert cost.
· Currently, we intent to distribute 25,000 copies through the MUB mail.
· Next steps are:
-- confirm the design and content (we can discuss it in the January meeting)
-- look for sponsors (we can discuss it in the January meeting too)
-- print it out
-- hand the copies to MUB for insert.
