Bicycle Board Members,
I had a casual meeting with a City employee yesterday and they told me that in addition to budget limitations, High Street bike racks were not included in the Streetscape plan because Terri Cutwright, Main Street Morgantown Director said, "We want to minimize clutter". We will need to be prepared to address this concern.
