Attached is a report to the Traffic Commission that I intend to present to the Commission at next Wednesday's meeting.  Please let me know if I should make any changes or additions.

Also, this Sunday, I will issue the agenda for next Thursday's BB meeting.  Please let me know by Saturday night if you want something on it including how much time you'll need and the desired outcome.
