What data are available on who is traveling <1 mile, 1-5 miles, 6-10 miles and >10 miles in the greater Morgantown area?  Would the recent Transportation Demand Management study be able to provide such?

We think enrollment in our Confident City Cycling program is low because we are not reaching travelers that are most likely to bicycle more if they learned what we teach.  We're trying to identify them.  How can the MPO help us?
