Bicycle Board Members,

This is a reminder that we will meet tonight 6:30-8:30 in the Public Safety Center Conference Room to continue planning how we're going to implement the Morgantown Effective Bicycling Education Program.  Attached are the minutes of the last meeting.

Through recent meetings with Jeff Mikorski, Assistant City Manager, we have determined that we can bill the City directly for grant work expenses.  Formerly, we thought we had to have a business entity through which to bill the City and to get paid. 

This simplifies matters but also removes one control point so it's now even more important that when we have authorization to spend the $68K, we have a plan for how we're going to spend it and accomplish the objectives that we proposed.
