Subject: Upcoming Meeting on the Mileground

MPO Committee Members,

 

This email is to confirm that the West Virginia Department of Transportation Division of Highways will be holding a public meeting to receive additional comments on more refined versions of the Mileground alternatives. Staff has not had a chance to review these alternatives. A copy of the meeting announcement run in Saturday’s Dominion Post is attached.

 

The meeting will be June 13, from 4 until 7 at Easton School. There will be no presentation the meeting will be a walk through session.
