Bicycle Board members,

I still haven't received a response from 4 of our board members to the request below and we do not have a quorum for either July 3 or July 10 for our next meeting however the number of votes for July 3 exceeded July 10.  Since we don't have a quorum for either date, I'm canceling the meeting.  See you in August 7, maybe.

Bicycle Board members,

I'm trying to determine if we'll have a quorum for our July 3 regular 
monthly Bicycle Board meeting.  Please reply whether or not you'll attend. 

If we won't have a quorum for July 3, would you attend a meeting the 
following Thursday, July 10?
