Attached is the agenda from tonight's Morgantown City Councils Committee of the Whole documenting the consideration of an EPA Bike Sharing Technical Assistance Grant Application. Glad to see efforts are under way to realize this EPA technical assistance grant! As you may recall, we began this pursuit in 2012.
