Please find the attached documents containing examples of how the Mayor's
Alternative Transportation Advisory Council (MATAC) was established in
Marietta, Ohio.  There are two example agendas.  One depicts the initial
meeting agenda to explain the Council to the Mayor and get his feedback.
The other is a regular meeting agenda.  I have also attached the by-laws
adopted into local City code.  It includes MATAC's mission statement.  The
group organization follows the Blueprint for Bicycle Friendly America by the
League of American Bicyclists.  In the attachments there is a .ppt file
depicting an example organization chart.  There is also a .pdf file from the
League's website with the blueprint magazine.  Please let me know if you
