[Bikeboard] Presence Requested: April 19th City Council Meeting, Proclamation of Bike Month

Hello board,

If you are free next Tuesday evening (April 19th) at 7:00pm, your presence would be appreciated when the city proclaims May 2016 as Morgantown Bicycle Month. We plan to concurrently announce the specific dates of bike month events if the occasion allows it.

You can find the council meeting agenda here http://www.morgantownwv.gov/wp-content/uploads/4.19.16-Reg.-Mtg..pdf. The proclamation is scheduled early in the meeting, immediately following the approval of the various minutes. So even if you're only available for a short time around then it should work!
