Please review and approve or comment on the attached resolution by Noon tomorrow, Wednesday, April 25.

This morning, the City Manager's office asked me to draft a resolution that the City Council will use to adopt the Greater Morgantown Bicycle Plan.  They asked for it by the end of the day tomorrow.
