[Bikeboard] Bike Parking Matrix

Good morning, I'm passing around the bike parking Matrix I had originally composed in March (again). For some reason the version that has been circulating didn't have vendor info on it. I found the original file, it is in MS Word and is quite large (7MB) so I've converted it to .pdf to make the file size more manageable (420K). If you want to make changes to the document let me know and I'll find a way to make it available to you. I would most like to put this on the web, either as a Google doc or html.
