At your earliest convenience, please reply with any items that you want to put on the agenda for this Thursday's meeting.  

On the Sunday before the meeting, I usually compose the agenda using the minutes of the last meeting and the agenda of the last meeting.  My hard drive failed last week and I lost them.

One thing to think about in advance of this week's meeting is that we're scheduled to shoot the cycling education video spots next weekend and need 9 cyclists and 13 car drivers.  Attached are the scripts for the spots.  Please reply if you want to be a star or know someone who would be good for one of the roles.
