At our meeting last month, we discussed that the bylaws state that we are required to meet once per quarter. Since we met in May, we discussed and agreed that there is no need to meet again until September (the beginning of the next quarter). 

Just wanted to send a reminder in case anyone had the meeting on their calendar.
