Attached are the meeting minutes from 3rd September in a variety of formats for your convenience. If you don't see a format that works for you, please let me know and I will add it to my next distribution.

Action items broken down by topic:

SLM / BMUFL sign locations

- Damien will get comments back regarding the proposal before next meeting

- Frank, and Traci are working on a presentation to CCCOW

- Jenny is will place the presentation on the agenda

BFC signs

- Damien will send out current and desired locations 

- Damien will talk to Fred before next meeting

Parking rings

- Damien will check with tree plan RE: Daily Grind location

Bicycle locker signage

- Everyone needs to review the mock-up that Damien sent over email and send any proposed changes to him BEFORE Sept 17th

- Damien will install signage before Oct 1st

Mon. Blvd. Climbing Lane

- We are waiting to hear back from Jeff

- Damien will report back on next meeting what else we need to do

Minutes

- Drew will reach out to Traci, Betsy, and Jing for old minutes and agendas for aggregation

Administrative

- Everyone will send specific suggestions regarding changing the procedural guidelines and other structural matters (e.g. updating the bike plan) to Drew for presentation at the next meeting
