Hey guys,
Here's the plan!  After looking at the Doodle poll, most folks are available on Friday from 10am-11am for the photo shoot at the Black Bear - Evansdale.  Try to be prompt as the managers at Black Bear will need to focus on their lunch rush hour as early as possible. 

If possible, arrive on a bike or bring bikes and wear cycling or commuting-style clothing.  If you can't ride there, please try to bring a bike or two in your car.  If you can bring bikes, we still need you!   

After we take the photo on Friday, Emily or I will upload to the Saris Facebook page ASAP, and we'll all need to be responsible for pushing our friends/acquaintances for votes through Social Media, etc before the end of the day Friday.

I'll put that link over on these Google groups: Mon Bike Club, WVMBA, WVU Cycling, or other pages you guys recommend. 
I'm also going to try to make a flyer for the Black Bear folks to hang up tomorrow to drive votes.  As of today, the highest voted photo has 139 votes.  I feel confident if we work hard, we can get that many in a day.  Let's give it a shot and hope our time is worth it!  Not sure about you, but I'd feel great getting yet another nice bike rack placed in our town at one of our favorite restaurants!
