Bicycle Board Members,

Thanks to Hugh, gunnar, Marilyn, Jim, Chip and Don for attending the special meeting last night to address the WVDOT’s position on the Mon Blvd. climbing bike lane.  Attached is a draft response to their position.  Please feel free to use Track Changes and comments to mark it up and return it to me.  I’m going to also share it with Damien Davis since he is also working on developing the justification for our responses.  I need your help in making it stronger and easier to read.
