How would they go about planning this? They are road racers. Which Permissions are necessary? I know they have organized bike races in the past in other communities.

Hello Mayor Selin,

I am the road cycling coordinator for the WVU Cycling team. A team mate of mine got your contact info in hopes that we would be able to put on a race in the city of Morgantown.

We were hoping to be able to do the race on the 12th of April in the Wharf area. Obviously we are just in the early planning phases of this, and I was wondering how possible you think that this would be or if you had any insight as to how the city of Morgantown would like to go about planning this.
