Thanks for spreading the information about the LRTP for comments from the Bike Board. We look forward to receiving the Boards comments. As you are aware one of the Planning Strategies in the LRTP is to develop a Bicycle Plan with and implementation schedule to be incorporated into the LRTP. Jing will be presenting an outline of the planning process for the Bike Plan at the next CAC meeting.

The LRTP is such fun to read. One easy way to do it is to simply search for the word "bicycle" in any of the chapters. Chapter 9 is fun because it has all the great planned bicycle projects.

MPO Committee Members,

We will be considering the MPO’s Updated Long Range Transportation Plan during the Committee meetings next week. There are a few details still being finalized in some of the chapters but I wanted to give everyone the opportunity to begin reviewing the draft document now because it is so large.
