Hi, could someone point me to the Morgantown ordinance that requires new multi-residential dwellings to have bicycle parking? Nick has told me a couple times that Morgantown has such a ordinance, however, I can't seem to find it in the codified site at http://tinyurl.com/58chj3 .
There are lots of Cities that have well developed Bicycle Parking ordinances. The one in Madison, Wisc. makes for good reading:
