Subject: Morgantown Bicycling Education SponsorshipHi Debbie,I was involved in the conversations between the City of Morgantown and Shelva Clemons that resulted in Allstate granting the City $8,200 for bicycling education. That work is proceeding with instructor candidates identified, certifications being arranged and class deliveries being planned. Thank you for making this possible! The purpose of this message is to invite Allstate to sponsor the production of a bicycling education card that will be inserted into water bills that will be sent to approximately 25,000 residents of the greater Morgantown area over a 2-week period this spring. The card will be 3 5/8 by 8 ½ inch in full color printed on two sides. The art for each side of the card is shown in the file attached to this message. You will notice a space labeled "Sponsored by" in the lower left corner of page 2. We envision the Allstate logo there. The estimated cost of production is $2,000. If you like, we could also include displaying the content in other media such as electronic billboards, TV ads, etc. at additional cost.Looking forward to hearing from you,
