Hi Frank and all, I second Frank's encouragement for more attendees at tonight's Traffic Commission meeting, even if you have to ski in!
I don't have access to the projector I used for the PowerPoint last time, so we will either do this without illustrations or with printed ones. I will see if I can get printed ones.

Bike Board Members,
This Wednesday, 7-Mar, 6:30 PM, in City Council Chambers the Traffic Commission will consider our Infrastructure and Education recommendations. Please plan to attend, especially if you are a member of the Infrastructure or Education committees. I believe that the Commission will give more consideration to implementing our recommendations if the room is full of Bike Board members instead of just me and Greg!
Last month, Greg and I gave a 20 minute presentation to which they listened politely and then the clock ran out. They agreed to review the report and to consider it at this Wednesday's meeting. In a discussion with the Commission secretary today, I learned that they want us to explain each of our recommendations and then they will discuss them and make decisions. Besides your moral support, we may need your help explaining some recommendations, e.g. where are those in-line grates?
City Council Chambers are in City Hall, 389 Spruce St., on the 2nd floor, right at the top of the steps after you come through the front door. City Hall is across and up the street but on the same block as the Public Safety Building where the Bike Board usually meets.
See you Wednesday!
Frank
