I've seen tubes all around town recently and I know they're not counting bikes.  The Greater Morgantown Bicycle Plan and now the MPO Long Range Transportation Plan both plan bike counts.  What are we waiting for?  If Boulder can count bikes, so can Morgantown-Monongalia County.
