Butch,

I uploaded it to the BFCapplication folder in Dropbox at http://db.tt/72JvIyum .  I renamed it, Encouragement&EvaluationV02.  I also renamed the previous version, Encouragement&EvaluationV01.

I don't understand why you can't add a file to the folder.  Is anyone else having this problem?
