Hello board,

If you are free next Tuesday evening (April 19th) at 7:00pm, your presence would be appreciated when the city proclaims May 2016 as Morgantown Bicycle Month. We plan to concurrently announce the specific dates of bike month events if the occasion allows it.

You can find the council meeting agenda here. The proclamation is scheduled early in the meeting, immediately following the approval of the various minutes. So even if you're only available for a short time around then it should work!

Thanks particularly to Brian and the Bike Month committee for putting this together. And thanks to all of you in advance for your support!
