Who wants to contact Alex Hyde-Wright, Boulder County Assistant Transportation Planner to find out how they are getting accurate bicycle counts by modifying their tube counter system that they've been using to count vehicles? Please see article at : http://www.dailycamera.com/boulder-county-news/ci_25581681/new-count-shows-l efthand-canyon-heaviest-cyclist-use
I've seen tubes all around town recently and I know they're not counting bikes. The Greater Morgantown Bicycle Plan and now the MPO Long Range Transportation Plan both plan bike counts. What are we waiting for? If Boulder can count bikes, so can Morgantown-Monongalia County.
