Sounds like Ella has the same idea. My preferences would be. Star City bathroom, amphitheater, at a bike rack or two on WVU campus near a building, downtown maybe courthouse or traffic building. I think they need to be near buildings to keep theft at a minimum. I am sure you will get lots of ideas.

We’re writing some grants and planning the installation of some fix-it stations around town – maybe 5 or 6 plus one or two at Hazel Ruby McQuain Park.
