Another open house will be held this evening for the complete streets corridor study conducted on University Avenue. The meeting will be held in the Morgantown City Hall Council Chambers at 389 Spruce Street downtown from 5-7pm.

Attached is the new executive summary of some proposed changes to bicycle and pedestrian facilities as well as the redesign of Grumbein's Island. Of particular interest is the "preferred concept plan" on page 9. This plan shows two-way bike lanes on one side of the road that sandwiches ascending bicyclists between descending motor vehicle traffic and descending cyclists in a 4' space.
