Two other suggestions. The climbing lane project is detailed more than you would normally put in a plan. The historical information is good, but probably not best suited to be in a long range plan. Also, where the County Commission, WVU and DOT Secretary are mentioned as stakeholders, you may want to put "Not Contacted" or some other qualifying remark since there is no reference to discussions with them or any items following their listing.

Terry,
Please find attached, two files:
1. v12CommentsHough.docx: your marked up copy with our responses adjacent to your comments.; 2. MBPv13wchanges.docx: an updated version of the plan that shows the changes that we made in response to your comments as well as to comments from Chris Fletcher and Bill Austin.
I hope we have converged to a plan that all those on the distribution of this message will support. However, the only plans that don't continue to change are those that are never implemented. So, we remain open to suggestions to improve this one so that it will get implemented.
The versions of the plan and the comments that we receive with our responses to the comments can all be found at http://db.tt/Bse1rpGr .
