Good afternoon,

Just wanted to point out that Morgantown is already a ‘Bicycle Friendly Community’ at the Bronze level, as designated by the League of American Bicyclists, a national bicycling advocacy group. Morgantown was the first city in the state of West Virginia to receive this designation in August of 2012.
