Do they teach riding recumbent over there? Do you see many recumbents commuting over there? I remember being in China in '93 and I can say that amoungst the bijillion bikes I did not see one.
Wonder why?

The article describes how delegates from the San Francisco visited the Netherlands to see all this first hand. Last year three delegates from WV (one from Morgantown) saw the info presented at the League's Bike Summit. So can anyone else.
