| I attended Green Night (May 15) to hear Downstream Strategies report on their initial results of Morgantown’s Greenhouse Gas Inventory (Phase I of the project). The most interesting statistic that I took from the presentation was that transportation (diesel and gas based) is the 2nd most significant source of greenhouse gas emissions in Morgantown, only Morgantown Energy Associates power plant along the rail trail produces more GHG.
