Please complete and return to me at your earliest convenience, the attached Excel file.  It's a calendar for the next 3 weeks.  I'd like you to indicate when you want to meet to work on the Morgantown Effective Bicycling Education Program (the grant). 

I realize that this is Christmas time and that you might not want to meet in the next week or two.  That's OK.  That's why I made it 3 weeks long.

I'm addressing this to the whole Bicycle Board but especially to Tyler Pearson, Hugh Kierig, Don Dickerson, Derek Springston, Jim Rye, Chip Wamsley, Janel Bedard and Marilyn Newcome as these generous and dedicated folks volunteered at our December meeting to work on this project.
