Hi Bill,

I plan on attending the meetings this year and will be there on Monday.  Sorry I was not able to attend meetings this summer, I was in DC.  I'd certainly be willing to be an "official" member, if you'd like.

I added Figure 9C-2 in the attached.  Figure 9B-2 doesn't really add
much value.
