Frank – I recommend a
continuum of bicycle parking
needs be addressed in the first installations: 1) for one-hour single
bike parking
on/near sidewalks near restaurants, heavily used stores and public
facilities;
2) for unsheltered multiple bike parking at public centers; 3) for
multiple
hour sheltered parking in parking garages; and 4) for day-long,
overnight and
longer term secured parking at multi-modal public facilities.

sites would be developed initially
at the Public Safety Parking Garage on the

I recommend that bicycle lockers be installed to assess usage demand
for high-end
