I exchanged more than 20 emails in regards to the January minutes and the February agenda, with wonderful comments, additions, and rewrites from four folks on the board. This is how it's supposed to work! Thank you!

I am missing one major read-ahead, which is a master list of our open action items -- I'm in the process of creating that.
